Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Manager with 3+ years of experience to lead the development, launch, and lifecycle management of products. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and customers to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver products that meet market needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights.
• Define product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
• Prioritize product features based on customer needs and business impact.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities.
• Support product launches by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare product documentation, presentations, and training materials.
• Track KPIs and report on product success and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Development.
• Experience managing products throughout the product lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or product management software is a plus.
