Hunter Hunts Service Contract

We would like to advise you that a Hunter “Hunts” Service Contract is available for your machines. Having a Hunter “HUNTS SERVICE CONTRACT” provides you with a number of important bottom-line benefits:

1. Scheduled inspections with re-instruction and maintenance assistance will help prevent your equipment investment from deterioration through unintentional neglect. Training of your plant personnel by OEM representatives will benefit both short- and long-term productivity of your equipment.
   ◆ Hunter will monitor the calendar and contact you to arrange a visit at pre established intervals.
2. Tips on productivity and performance can also be provided by the Hunter technician, based upon work experience gained at many other Hunter installations.
3. Hunter users with Service Contracts have priority scheduling over users without contracts. (This can be very beneficial and is also fair, since Service Contracts permit us to maintain trained service staff who then are also available to fill emergency needs when they arise.)
4. Service Contract calls are provided at a substantially reduced cost, please see attached sheet. Additional savings can be realized by scheduling Contract calls with other Contract customers in close proximity.
5. Service Rates are frozen over one year from the start date of the contract.
6. WHEN YOU SIGN UP WITH THE CONTRACT AND SCHEDULE 2 CALLS OR MORE, YOU GET A 5% DISCOUNT ON ALL PARTS ORDERS FOR ONE CALENDAR YEAR.
