Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Hunter Foundry. We strive to ensure the highest quality products and services for our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help clarify our refund and returns process.

1. Returns

As Hunter Foundry does not sell directly to consumers through our website, we do not handle any returns for purchases made. All sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case that you wish to return any product, please contact our customer support team or your Hunter Foundry sales agent.

Returns may be possible under special circumstances, such as:

  • If the product was damaged during delivery.
  • If there was a discrepancy between what was ordered and the product received.

If the product qualifies for a return, you will be instructed on how to send it back. Please note, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and are only available for specific situations, such as:

  • An error in the processing or shipping of your order.
  • A product defect or damage that is reported within 14 days of receipt.

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. You will need to provide order details, including proof of purchase and photos of the product showing the damage or defect, if applicable.

If your refund request is approved, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method used. Please note, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you receive a product that is defective or not as ordered, please contact our customer service team to discuss the appropriate resolution, which may include a return and refund or re-ordering the correct item.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our team immediately after placing your order. Once the item has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
